Associateship can feel like a long rite of passage ritual, especially if you lack mentors who know how to navigate the system that is not working for you and is designed to fail you. People who are healers committed to a life of service are often exploited for the benefit of the institutions. In our journey toward licensure, we are often indoctrinated with a martyr complex, which erodes our capacity to say no and establish boundaries. This makes us more susceptible to imposter syndrome, compassion fatigue, and burnout.

Healers need help to continue doing their work with love and integrity. love is a commitment to intentional ethics grounded in our interdependence. My practice is firmly rooted in an ethic of love, and I believe that we need to hold each other in loving accountability. I had to find my path and seek mentors and supervisors to support my journey. You don’t have to do this alone! I’m here to walk alongside you as you find your unique voice and become more grounded in your identity as a therapist.

I will help you define your clinical perspective and support you with cases that feel challenging. You will receive professional and personal advice on how to survive a grad school program, how to navigate tough conversations with professors and peers, how to become rooted in your values, and how to develop a strong internal compass of trusting your intuition.

Clinical consultation is offered at a sliding-scale rate of $50-75 for associates. Payment can be made through Venmo or Zelle. Please reach out to me directly to schedule.
